
I first became interested in fitness when I was 4 years old. I would sit glued to the TV watching Jack Le Lane. When I became a teen I didn't have weights so I would take cans of food from the kitchen and put them in bags and start weightlifting. My mother told my father to buy me some weights before she strangled me.
Today as I live my life I will go around asking people “how can I help you ?“. Because when I help someone to achieve their goal I feel I have accomplished something great with them.
